Since October 31st, I get the following DNS warnings every time freshclam runs:

I visited the archives and found a post describing the same exact issue but I did not find a post saying if the issue has been resolved. I also see others are not getting this warning. Is there something I can do on my end to fix this? I'm running ClamAV on Windows.
