note that this means that DNS reply does not comeback or is broken. This may
be problem of you behind a proxy/firewall. but yor real problem apparently
lies elsewhere:

This looks like a problem with your proxy.

using old version of clamav (sent from clamav DB to our proxy server).
But why it works on other our servers ? (with same version of clamav)

tried running freshclam with "-v" option to see it?
