You need to tell us how and preferably why you want to use it. My guess is that you are going to have to do a lot of work to achieve your objectives, and that even when you have achieved them they will do very little for you.

Perhaps you can explain how this GUI will be used, I know nothing about it. My personal preference is to try not to use them. My own use of ClamAV is to scan email messages, as they are transported over an Internet connection, using third-party signature databases. There is no requirement for any GUI in that scenario. While I find ClamAV very useful in that particular application, I do not see it as being especially useful for anything else.
