The specific section that deals with .ndb signatures is 3.3.1, but note that the URL at the end of that section for "more information and examples" is out-of-date and should be <https://bugzilla.clamav.net/show_bug.cgi?id=164>. That being said, there really isn't any more information about forming these signatures and the only example is similar to the one already listed.
