An input stream collects all the output from the clamd log and interprets it.
The problem I have is that it does not detect the virus in clamd but it finds it with clamdscan when I run it on the delivered file.

It would help if you told us which Plugin and MTS you are using.
I'm not a developer, but relying on the Log-File for whether or not
ClamD is detecting a Virus seems wrong to me.
