Hi Guys, This issue is fixed. It was a mistake from my side in the java code.
The issue was with the InputStream object. I was doing some other stuff before starting the scan, because of which the stream was getting repositioned to the end of file. So its like an empty stream being sent to CLAMAV for scan. That obviously returned 0. Fixed from my end and seems to be working fine. Hope this may help someone. Thank you.
