Hey Chris,

Your safest bet is just to start fresh. You'll want to upgrade the ClamAV
installation to 0.98.4 and delete the old signature files. Our current
signature databases take up around 201MB as uncompressed .cld files. You
might want to backup the old /usr/local/share/clamav just in case things
blow up when upgrading.
