Hi, I'm running clamav-0.98.1 on fedora20 and was just wondering about safebrowsing.cvd. I notice when freshclam runs, it always downloads an entirely new version when there are any changes, instead of just the differences, as it does with daily.cvd, for example. Is this normal?
