No. ClamAV documents what it does; one normally consults the documentation for amavisd, or postfix, or whatever one is using as to how to call an external content scanner like clamdscan. I'm not a procmail expert, but I seem to recall that there were two main modes of operation, depending on whether it is integrated into the MTA config (originally as root) to process mail for all users, or whether it's being invoked on a per-user basis by .forward files or the like.
