SInce yesteraday I get emails stuck on hold with followng postfix log:

milter-hold: END-OF-MESSAGE from unknown[80.150.130.2]: milter triggers HOLD 
action;

My only milter is clamav-milter and I run the combination for several years 
without problems.

At the time the message was put on hold I got the following clamav log :

I do not want anything put on holmd. I do not want clamav doing anything else 
than testing viruses, thus such email *must* pass clamav in my setting.

What did change in clamav, and what can I do to stop losing mail in postfix 
queue ?
