As far as I know it doesn't operate on that level so if it runs on a certain OS it "supports" any file system that OS supports, if you can mount it ClamAV can scan it. And it does run on Solaris.
if its on access scanning its not clamd anyway, its supported via FUSE anyway like one non root user do clamscan, FUSE is just in kernel space, it does not decleare what FS to use, see clamd.conf for more info
