I added NOW to the site Clamav the message file containing the infected
attachment
the md5sum is 72ec8d19415def8377c497d5190e57b9
The virus is detected by Clamav of my email server, and antivirus
(what?) of an Italian Email Provider (kataweb.it) ONLY...
Other antivirus (AVG, KASPERSKY) or other email provider (gmail,
hotmail) don't detect him!!!

That's all he needs. You said you previously uploaded the file, but they are
difficult to locate in the database without knowing the md5. Now that you have
provided it here it shouldn't b difficult to find.
