For others meeting this for the first time -

I found the web page for Sanesecurity which explained the various databases 
used.  It seems that some suspected junk or spam is being noted.  Since I'm 
quite capable of deciding for myself whether it fits that description I've 
disabled those checks in the database, leaving the more serious ones such as 
malware, phishing and scams, just to be sure I can't pass something to a 
Windows user by accident.
