LLVM (included with ClamAV) can make use of the graphviz and ocaml packages, if they are present at compile time. But for various reasons, we want to build ClamAV without these packages.
>From inspecting the sources, I don't believe that ClamAV's use of LLVM requires the graphviz/ocaml features of LLVM. In other words, building clamav without graphviz/ocaml shouldn't disable (or break) any features of ClamAV.
