I have the log size disabled since I keep yearly stats. In 96.5 it shows as such:
clamd daemon 0.96.5 (OS: linux-gnu, ARCH: i386, CPU: i586) localhost clamd[27094]: Running as user clamav (UID 501, GID 501) localhost clamd[27094]: Log file size limit disabled however in .97 it shows this: clamd daemon 0.97 (OS: linux-gnu, ARCH: i386, CPU: i586) localhost clamd[28232]: Running as user clamav (UID 501, GID 501) localhost clamd[28232]: Log file size limited to -1 bytes. Will this tend to cause a problem? My clamd.conf file shows: # Maximum size of the log file. # Value of 0 disables the limit. # You may use 'M' or 'm' for megabytes (1M = 1m = 1048576 bytes) # and 'K' or 'k' for kilobytes (1K = 1k = 1024 bytes). To specify the size # in bytes just don't use modifiers. # Default: 1M LogFileMaxSize 0 -- Chris KeyID 0xE372A7DA98E6705C 31.11°N 97.89°W (Elev. 1092 ft)
