Yes I have enough space.... /tmp is in the same filesystem of /

Please open a bug at bugs.clamav.net, and attach that file, and the
full output of 'clamscan --debug Area_Aspice_10k.pdf 2>log' (the file
'log'). Note that you need to use clamscan for --debug, not clamdscan.

I solved!!!
My problem was the clamd.conf....it was an old version so it doesn't set correctly the MaxFileSize
