Yes, I use clam for egress filtering, but that's not been an issue. I run an ISP with business-only customers and static IPs, most of which prefer to run their own server. Although rare, every abuse report I've received has been about a customer's server, not mine. This morning, I finally ran into the case where a submission matched a sanesecurity sig (I've already whitelisted the accounts in SA).
