We just started getting the same thing from freshclam.  We're using
CentOS 5.4, with ClamAV 0.96.3 and bzip2-libs-1.0.3-6.el5_5 running
happily since Fri 24 Sep 2010 09:58:15 +0100.

At Mon 27 Sep 2010 12:21 +0100 we got an error from our freshclam
process

  LibClamAV Error: cli_dbgets: Line too long for provided buffer

The corresponding freshclam log reads:
