Not that this really helps, but I've tried the official win32 windows port from here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/clamav/files/clamav/win32/ And in doing a quick test - loading ALL current Sanesecurity databases together - they all run fine with clamscan. Let me know the bugzilla number to keep an eye on things.
