Ah you won't be able to scan >4G files on a 32-bit box, because ClamAV wont'be able to mmap() such large anonymous memory (32-bit processes are obviously restricted to a 32-bit address space). >, can I compile base config on a > 64bit os and get the Large file support. You can build and run ClamAV on a 64-bit OS, and get by default support for files of any size. On the other hand files so large (>4G) are very unlikely to contain viruses in the first place, so just use the default limits from ClamAV which will mark these files as clean.
