This morning all our office email was blocked by the ceasing of 0.94,
the result was hundreds of stuck mail. Before I tried to run the
install I ran a software update and was not prompted to download the
latest version of xcode so I assumed I had the latest version.
Unfortunately I had 2.4 not 2.5, I have subsequently downloaded 2.5 it
did not complete the install under 2.4 I had some errors at the end.
Realising my mistake I deleted the directories clamav-0.96 and
clamav-0.96.tag.gz and tried again using xcode 2.5.
Unfortunate it does not complete the process (Compile?) I am now
getting two errors:-
configure: error: in '/SourceCache/clamav-0.96' :
configure: error: C Compiler cannot create executables
I am completely out of my depth now and have no idea how to resolve
this problem. I don't know but I am assuming that using 2.4 earlier
has left some files that 2.5 cannot overwrite, could this be the case
and if so how can I fix the problem?
