ClamAV is an antivirus tool. It is reasonable to expect it will be used on file systems where there is a reasonable expectation of finding a virus. The file systems you scanned are pseudo file systems created at each boot up, and there is no possibility of finding a virus there, hence no reason to look.
Those file systems need to be well understood by the admin as it is possible to create a lot of problems for the system if they are misused.
