I use sendmail and I have now tried changing AddHeader to be enabled and the
others on default but it does the same thing. It still doesn't show in the
logs that my mails are being scanned.

With:
AddHeader yes
...and these 3 set to defaults:
#LogSyslog no
#LogFacility LOG_MAIL
#LogVerbose yes

...this is what I get in maillog with sendmail:
