Which is what I've been doing. Upgrading GCC didn't do anything to help my cause and in_addr_t is declared in netinet/in.h as expected. I'm at a loss. No big deal, the plan was to retire this box this spring/summer anyway, but I was hoping that I was missing something simple that might enable me to limp along until then. Looks like this particular upgrade will be bumped up in priority.
