Hello, freshclam is right: there is no such zone as: daviddwbrown.name. How is or how can freshclam get configured to look for something as stated in the previous sentence? My /etc/hosts file shows no such domain and the /usr/local/etc/freshclam.conf contains no such token as: daviddwbrown.name. What diagnostic can I use on freshclam other than: /var/log/messages? I have already confirmed my DNS is not broken. If my DNS was broken I probably would not be able to send this email message. I have re-stated the freshclam.log error message below. Please advise, David.
