I use KEY_F(1), which is supposed to be a portable way to check for F1.
Apparently it doesn't work on all terminal/OS combinations.
I changed help to be 'H'/'h' now, due to bug #1429 (F1 invoking gnome
terminal help instead of clamdtop).

I also changed clamdtop's behaviour with regard to default colors: it
sets black as background color (Bug #1438).
The old behaviour (using terminal's default) can still be achieved by
using --defaultcolors.

No, you don't need X to use clamdtop.
F1 pops up gnome terminal's help because it intercepted the key before
it reached clamdtop. That was not intended behaviour.
