Wouldn't this easily break threading? In this case, the respondent 
wouldn't be able to change the Subject: of the message; if he 
accidentally did mail clients receiving his message would place it in 
its own thread. Though I don't know too much about how threading works 
except that my client will at least thread by subject and the 
In-Reply-To: header.... I think...
