As far as I know, Scott Kitterman is looking after the Ubuntu packages
of ClamAV, and he was doing test builds last night.  I don't know if he
has already uploaded, but I expect him to shortly.

Part of the problem is that this is another intrusive update due to the
soname change - it makes it hard for distributors that expect software
to work nicely together to just throw a new version out there and see if
it sticks.
