We haven't processed your bug yet because we were busy with the 0.94 release. I only had a quick look to make sure it's nothing serious, but it all seems to be related more to the way you're using the STREAM command than to the ClamAV itself (because both 'clamdscan file' and 'clamdscan - < file' detect the file, and the latter uses STREAM to communicate with clamd). In the meantime, please provide more information to the bug report, especially on how you're communicating with clamd. Thanks, -- oo .....
