I'm running on FreeBSD 5.3 (which is also old, but working 
well with clam up to and including 0.93.1).

I get segfaults starting clamd or clamav-milter when daily.cld 
exists.

To work around this, I had to remove *.cld and turn off 
scripted updates in freshclam.conf.  This works for me, but 
increases the size of periodic updates - along with load on 
the update servers - so less than ideal.
