Yes - you have both inc and cvd versions as well as a number of older 
broken downloads. Files or directories with name patterns such as 
clamav-3d5c333808b1d1d7e983fa988790288f are not supposed to remain on 
the system - if they are older than the most recent freshclam session 
then they are debris left over from an earlier failed freshclam session. 
Of the files provided by freshclam downloads, there should be no files 
in there that are older than the most recent main.inc files.

There may be other non-ClamAV managed pattern files there that can be 
older (SaneSecurity, MSRBL, self-constructed database files), but even 
these, if present, should be kept up to date. You have none so it's not 
an issue for you.
