Bad advice, how do you know it's a false positive?  We usually run it 
through other virus scanners or really analyze it, not just go with what 
"some customer programmer" says.

My guess is that JS means Java Script, and the virus is one of the 
downloaders that installs unwanted garbage in your computer if your mail 
client executes java/ecma script automatically or when the user clicks 
on a button or link.
