That's already the case, when freshclam cannot download the CVD from one mirror, it automatically switches to the next one in the RR. db.in.clamav.net should point to db.asia.clamav.net which is made up of 13 mirrors. It's unlikely that all 13 mirrors are down at the same time, which makes me think that you have connectivity problems on your side. > How do you want to deal with this? Please run freshclam in verbose mode. My guess is that for some reason your freshclam always tries the same ip address *or* you have connectivity problems.
