It says clearly they will provide, possibly for a fee, possibly not, all your 
information to their contacts list. In addition, if you have opted out of their 
emailings, they will provide your email address to their contacts. Those 
contacts 
have no opt-in or opt-out relationship with you, necessarily. They do this so

contacts will not send you email regarding the site's products and services.

There needs to be a generic end user that everyone can use on line. A "Jane 
Doe" kind 
of non-person. The equivalent of http://Example.com/ but which sounds less 
offensive 
than "anonymous coward".
