It says clearly they will provide, possibly for a fee, possibly not, all your information to their contacts list. In addition, if you have opted out of their emailings, they will provide your email address to their contacts. Those contacts have no opt-in or opt-out relationship with you, necessarily. They do this so those contacts will not send you email regarding the site's products and services. Pretty slick - your email address has just been distributed for your own good. Chanyces are likely those sites have similar privacy statements. Question: Why is this called a "privacy statement" rather than "an invasion of privacy statement"?
