Never mind. It was probably my fault. Clamav is not a part of standard 
Fedora installation, but is present in 'Everything' directory and in 
updates. The tool for maintaining packages ('yum') also acts strangely; 
it doesn't 'list' packages from repositories that are already installed 
and fails to list packages that contain certain filenames. It lists, 
however, what I expect, when you specify the full path to a file.

So, to OP - please check your /etc/yum.repos.d/* files. Clamav-update 
should be available in 'updates' repository in version 0.91.2-2.fc7.
Or try rpm -Uv http://... For example. rpm -Uv 
http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/linux/fedora/linux/updates/7/i386/clamav-update-0.91.2-2.fc7.i386.rpm
