My swag would be that indicates there will be features present in the OEM versions that are not included in the GPL version. It's like that with Big Brother monitoring software and Snort if memory serves. Hopefully they won't use the Sun Microsystems view of things where Solaris is free but the patches are $400/year. That was a problem when the 2007 daylight saving time patches were needed.
