I'm afraid I have no knowledge of cpanel and how it expects to talk to
clamd. As Timothy said, try Google :)
Of course, at no point have you actually said that it's causing you
any problems beyond cpanel not being able to talk to it. From your
sudden shouting I'm guessing there's something you've not mentioned
yet...
