Hi all I have compiled and installed clamav-0.90.3.tar.gz in Linux.
clamscan --debug clam-v2.rar shows following: LibClamAV debug: Initializing the engine (0.90.3) LibClamAV debug: cli_loaddbdir: Acquiring dbdir lock LibClamAV debug: Loading databases from /usr/share/clamav LibClamAV debug: in cli_cvdload() LibClamAV debug: MD5(.tar.gz) = 3e37be3e4f9f91af1051d70e45078bb0 Illegal instruction (core dumped) clamd doesn't get started but following shows in its logs: +++ Started at Sat Jul 7 20:26:08 2007 clamd daemon 0.90.3 (OS: linux-gnu, ARCH: i386, CPU: i686) Log file size limit disabled. Reading databases from /usr/share/clamav I'm in a fix as enabling debugging doesn't show anything more than that. Could somebody please help me. Many thanks in advance.
