I run an Exim mailserver, only small volume though. I had some very high
CPU loads for clamav, and then the maximum number of clamav processes
would be reached and the server essentially become unresponsive. I have
Exim 4.66, if that makes any difference I don't know for sure.

I fixed it by installing clamav 0.90.1, I don't know which change
actually cured this, but that point release was what was needed.
