Hello Florent, I use the same setup as you, go to www.atomicrocketturtle.com and install his rpm's for clamd, qmail-scanner, spamassassin and follow the instructions on the site. If you have additional questions, please email me directly and I'll help you set it up. The clamd rpm is built by DAG Wieers and is very stable and integrates nicely with PSA, RHE3.
