I am seeing the same as well -- and this is a new installation of
0.88.6. Have been seeing these since installing the package about a
week ago.
I haven't looked into the LibClamAV code to figure out what the reason
is yet. Maybe someone on this list might know off-hand. It looks like
a permissions issue, but doesn't seem obvious.
Here's an example of one of the directories that's failing removal:

clamd and clam-milter are running under the uid/gid of clamav/clamav,
and these files are all owned by clamav/clamav.
