Try: `sigtool -i scam.ndb`; I'm not sure if the return code indicates failure
when the database is bad or you have to scan the output.

Warning: this only works with released versions of clamav, it doesn't work with
0.90rc2 (i.e. only .cvd files can be checked, not .ndb).
