So, I've updated it to also have a randomizer for extra sleeping when run as a daemon. I have not yet included a random element when run as a one off, since I am convinced that that will just irritate me when run manually. This version also has some log code, and the syslog part of it is basically done. This version also fixes some bugs in the gunzip routine.
