First of all I need to apologise to everyone using the Sanesecurity scam.ndb.gz database yesterday. I had a report of a problem with the database yesterday, a few hours after I'd uploaded a new version. The problem was fixed after spending over half an hour talking with my webhosting people and then spending another two hours troubleshooting. In a word; I've just moved all my stuff over to a newer pc and in the process of re-installing everything, I'd installed a newer firewall. What happened is that although the permissions on the firewall were set correctly for ftp (both in/out) and the fact my ftp client told me that everything had been uploaded okay... the file on the scam.ndb.gz file on the server was actually 0 bytes long. It turned out, the new firewall was to blame... don't ask me why... but as soon as I moved back to the old firewall... the correct sized file was correctly uploaded.
