If this is true then crle should have been able to correct it. A problem
that is common when crle is not used to establish the library search
path is when the person building a product has a different library path
env than the run-as user. Even worse is when the user starts the app as
root but with the user's environment set, and it works fine, but the
init scripts fail to start it on reboot because initd doesn't have the
full library path available. Unless you compile the paths into the
binary, odd things can happen at run time.
