Users can also do this, by using the -r option of clamav-milter.
Huh? I can't find the -r option in clamav-milter or clamd.

-r, --report-phish=EMAILADDRESS
Report caught phishing to an anti-phish organisation’s email
address such as [EMAIL PROTECTED] and reportphish-
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
