I'm running SME Server 7.0, and the weekly file system scan (smeserver-clamscan) locks up my server to the point where I can't log in through the console. This happens about every 15 minutes after the scan has started, it locks up instantly and I can't find anything at all in the logs. I've watched top while this happens, and there doesn't seem to be any surge in memory usage.
It's been happening for about 3 weeks now, as I understand it (just taken over admin of the box). I tried running the scan through strace, but that seems to stop after a minute for some reason. Any pointers for trouble-shooting this issue would be great.
