I know that. the problem is that all the prefix's of clamscan i tried always show more info (errors + more) and not just the virus's found.

The user who gets the email is usually the user whose cronjob it is, but it can be overridden with the MAILTO variable. I suggest just tuning clamscan's output to only reporting viruses.
