the problem is that all the prefix's of clamscan i tried
always show more info (errors + more) and not just the virus's found.

cron already mails any output.  The user who gets the email is usually
the user whose cronjob it is, but it can be overridden with the MAILTO
variable.

I suggest just tuning clamscan's output to only reporting viruses.  Take
a look at the manpage for how to do that.
