it takes more time but it is not a real problem, it just means that freshclam
found a different (old) version in that server at that time.

Yes it is, main.cvs has not changed since Aug 16 (plus or minus a day if you
take into account time zone), so both of your servers are updated.

These 4 files are transfers that did not complete, as you can see by the dates
they are very old.  You can delete those.

If your read the other messages on this thread, there was a server (in
Australia) that somehow skipped the Aug. 16 update and really was not
synchronized after that.  One possible solution is to add fall-back servers to
your configuration, freshclam tries one server after another.
