You need to start Yast. Once in yast go to System and then System Services (Runlevel).
There will appear a window with all the services running or to be started, scroll down to clamd, highlight and then press the 'Enable' button at the bottom. Scroll down and do likewise with freshclam. Once complete press 'Finish' button, and the savings will be set so as all indicated will start at boot up.
